Public Comment Period

The public comment period has now closed. Thank you to everybody who participated. The plan is now being finalized and sent to to Washington State and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for approval. Once that is complete, we will post the final plan to this site. We will keep the public comment plan available until the finalized plan is complete.
